PSC consultants have provided fairness monitoring and fairness commissioner services on over eighty procurement projects during the last 15 years, each ranging in value up to many billions of dollars. In this role we oversee the procurement process including the development of the bid solicitation documents, evaluation of proposals, contractor selection process and debriefing of bidders to ensure that the procurement process was conducted in a fair, open and transparent manner in accordance with the bid solicition documents, and can withstand detailed scrutiny and challenge.
